30-Day Return Policy
If you wish to return an item for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, please reach out to us at Info@CrisisComforts.com with your order number. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process with easy-to-follow instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives at our distribution center.
Refund Process
Upon the receipt and inspection of your returned item(s) at our warehouse, we will notify you via email that we have processed your refund. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in "Like New" condition, including all original packaging and accessories. "Like New" condition means the item shows no signs of wear. Items returned with damage or signs of use will not qualify for a refund.
Damages and Issues
Should you receive a damaged product, please document the damage and notify us on the day of delivery by sending photos to Info@CrisisComforts.com. We cover shipping costs for returning defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact our customer service team immediately to avoid any return shipping fees. Cancellations before shipment will receive a full refund. Orders canceled after shipment are subject to our 30-Day Return Policy and return shipping costs.
